Build from source

Development prerequisites

• Windows 10 version 1809+ (build 17763)
• Rust 1.75+
• .NET 10 SDK
• Visual Studio 2022 with "Windows App SDK" workload

Build steps

1. Clone the repository
2. Build the Rust bridge
3. Generate C# bindings (requires uniffi-bindgen-cs)
4. Build the WinUI app

Run Clipcy.exe from the build output directory.

Requirements

Runtime: Windows 10 version 1809+ or Windows 11

Windows App SDK Runtime (bundled in builds)
